Toyota 2000GT Interior and Picture
Toyota 2000GT is a car with limited production. This car was manufactured under contract by Yamaha between 1967 and 1970. Toyota 2000GT first shown to the public at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1965.
Although not quite as well known as the general public later Japanese sports cars such as the Nissan Z, the 2000GT is considered by many collectors as possible first highly collectible Japanese car. In 2010, a good example can reach very high auction price, although parts availability is a problem. Some interesting combinations of origin (especially the first and second owners) and cosmetic perfection seems to be the formula for the value of the highest auction.
